Any request for changes to the names of the visitors after the reservation has been made may not be possible or may incur additional costs, which will be communicated at the time of requesting the changes or modifications. The experience will not be refunded after the reservation or scheduling if the customer unilaterally cancels. Options or alternatives for new dates or similar experiences will be provided, and changing the date or experience may incur additional costs that will be communicated at the time of the request; if not accepted, the experience will not be refundable under any circumstances. If, for reasons beyond our control or force majeure, it becomes impossible to provide the contracted services after confirming the customer’s reservation, the customer will be notified in writing as soon as possible about the situation that prevents the provision of services. All efforts will be made to ensure that the contracted services are performed in the time and conditions offered and paid. Other alternatives of equal or greater level to those contracted will be offered, which will not represent an additional cost to what was agreed.
We are not responsible for the cancellation of the contracted services or for the suspension of the experience, once it has begun, due to force majeure or in case the customer suffers damages or losses, as well as for the payment of compensations or refunds. These may include, but are not limited to: natural events (hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, fires), wars, terrorist acts, strikes, or any other unforeseeable event or out of control.
