Mastercard International Incorporated, domiciled at 2000 Purchase Street, Purchase, NY, United States, together with its affiliates (hereinafter “Mastercard“), establishes the following terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions“):
Mastercard, as part of its Priceless.com Program, offers on its platform www.priceless.com (hereinafter the “Platform”), to all Mastercard cardholders over 18 years old who are registered on the Platform worldwide (hereinafter each a “Customer” and collectively the “Customers”), the experience “Expand your epicurean horizons at a Caribbean cooking class in Noord”, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Experience”). By participating in the Experience, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the development and execution of the Experience shall be subject solely and exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.
This Experience is organized exclusively by Strategic Points S.A.S, domiciled at: Carrera 43A # 1Asur – 69 Office 101 (hereinafter the “Organizer”) and is sponsored by Mastercard International Incorporated.
The Experience is exclusive to Customers. Mastercard reserves the right not to fulfill the Experience for a Customer if, at its sole discretion, the Customer commits any infringement of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions.
Treat yourself to an exclusive cooking class with award-winning Caribbean culinary expert Kari Heron. You’ll join the esteemed chef, mentor, entrepreneur, content creator, and author in her traditional Cunucu home for an intimate epicurean event, starting with a scratch-made cocktail or mocktail. You’ll gain insight into the medicinal elements of herbal teas, tisanes, and spices before preparing and feasting on a six-dish family-style meal, with all recipes shared digitally so you can recreate them at home. Plus, you’ll receive an exclusive gift of an apron or spices, as well as a booklet with tips for planning an unforgettable dinner party. Exclusively for Mastercard cardholders.
The experience is valid on selected dates until March 31, 2025. When booking the Experience through the Platform, the Customer must select the desired date of participation. The Experience can be booked up to 10 (ten) days in advance of the selected date.
The cost of the Experience is per person and requires a minimum group of 2 (two) people to book and a maximum of 10 (ten) people.
The Experience must be paid in advance at the time of booking through the Platform or through the Organizer channels, with the Mastercard card under the Customer’s ownership.
By acquiring the Experience on the Platform, the reservation will be made at the corresponding location.
Requests for changes in visitor names after booking may not be possible or may incur additional costs, which will be informed at the time of requesting changes.
The Experience is non-refundable after booking or scheduling. Options for new dates or similar experiences will be offered, which may incur additional costs, informed at the time of the request. If not accepted, the Experience will not be refundable.
The Experience is personal and non-transferable, not accumulable with other discounts or experiences, and not redeemable for cash.
The Experience will be valid from 00:00 hours on September 20, 2024, until 23:59 on March 31, 2025
If for reasons beyond or force majeure, the contracted services could not be provided, the Customer will be notified in writing as soon as possible. Efforts will be made to ensure the provision of services under the conditions offered and paid for. Alternatives of equal or greater level to those contracted will be offered at no additional cost.
Mastercard is not responsible for the cancellation or suspension of the experience due to fortuitous events or force majeure or for any event not attributable to Mastercard that makes it impossible, difficult, or alters the normal execution of the Experience, nor for damages or losses suffered by the Customer and/or their companions. This may include, but is not limited to, natural events, wars, terrorist acts, strikes, or other events beyond control.
Any charge, expense, or additional cost incurred by Customers in connection with their participation in the Experience will be their sole responsibility and account. The Customer is responsible for their transportation to participate in the Experience. The Experience does not include transfers, travel expenses, tips, meals, personal expenses, or any other charge, expense, or cost not expressly contemplated in these Terms and Conditions.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
The Organizer and Mastercard reserve the right to expand, modify, restrict, and/or clarify the scope of these Terms and Conditions and/or any procedures, which will be communicated through social networks and the Platform.
The Customers assume exclusive responsibility for their participation in the Experience. In this regard, Mastercard shall not be liable for any damage, death, accident, injury, or personal, bodily, or property damage that the Customer and/or participants in the Experience may suffer, all of which shall be their exclusive and exclusionary responsibility and risk, declaring acceptance of this provision irrevocably.
Mastercard assumes no responsibility, whether civil, criminal, or otherwise, for accidents due to any improper conduct by the Customer and/or their companions during their participation in the Experience.
Participation in the Experience releases Mastercard from all liability and implies acceptance by the Customer and their companions of the risks that it may involve.
Mastercard shall not be liable in any way in the event that, due to reasons beyond its control, the Customer and/or their companions are unable to participate in the Experience.
Mastercard only makes the Experience available to Customers and has no interference in the granting, sale, or provision of products and/or services that are part of the Priceless Program and this Experience. In this sense, the Organizer is solely responsible for the quality of the products and/or services offered.
It is the total responsibility of the Customer and their companions for any damage resulting from allergies or health conditions they may have.
Customers authorize the processing, including but not limited to, the use and storage of their personal data for the development of the Experience.
